Introduction

Phase I – discovery requirements represents the initial and critical phase of the Zoho implementation process. This phase entails a thorough discovery session with the client to gain insights into their existing situation, challenges, goals, and expectations. Step 1: Schedule and prepare for the discovery session with the client. The discovery session can be conducted in person, over the phone, or via video conference. The duration of the session may vary depending on the complexity and size of your business.
